The Main RX (VFO A) is a two-stage down-conversion design – Yaesu engineers take the down-conversion architecture, only for Main RX A, with narrow ham-band filtering for superior close-in dynamic range. – (Like K3 Elecraft and Orion II Ten-Tec – …US made!)

The IC-7600 advertising in the CQ Ham Radio January 2009 – New Icom IC-7600 transceiver coming soon! – Source: CQ Ham Radio Japan …..

- The ICOM IC-7600 utilizes Icom’s proven IF-DSP technology – Features selectable roofing filters at 3kHz, 6kHz and 15kHz on  1st IF – Dual 32-bit floating point DSPs, one for TX and RX other for the Spectrum scope – Double superhet with an image-rejection 2nd mixer circuit providing improved in-band IMD – Dual frequency watch is available

- Set mode settings and features can change quickly – There is even a RTTY and PSK31 encoder/decoder built-in! – CW RISE TIME <10ms> setting is also available – The new 5.8 inch (diagonal) color LCD has a quick-start LED backlight – Various levels (Power, ALC, SWR, COMP, Vd, Id, TEMP PA) digital meter can be simultaneously.  The IC-7600 is the model which will surely satisfy ardent ham operators with its improved digital technology, software, receiver performance, functionality and user-friendliness.
Two USB ports: One is on for keyboard and memory key and one on the rear panel for PC control and baseband audio Rx/Tx. – Great stability with a TCXO: 0.5ppm TCXO (0 – 50°C) – The final stage 100W output, adopted The Po-FET (RD100HHF1) – There is both a mechanical relay (16V/0.5A) and FET relay (250V/200mA), and more.
